Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices listed for all services are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our service page(s) are exactly what you pay for the them. However, the international currency mark-up / conversion fee / currency variation is beyond LCH UK reach, therefore there might be minimal additional payment gateway charges when you deposit your fee to the LCH. Such charges are decided by the bank / online payment gateways and LCH UK has no role in that.

Cancellations Policy

  • 85% refund (15% deducted as Admin charges) before the commencement of course / service.
  • 50% refund – When you cancel your service within one month of initiation of course / service.
  • No refund of any kind: After the service has been initiated.
  • Cooling off period: The fee paid to LCH for course(s) / services is non-refundable once the cancellation policy period has been cooled off as stated above. However, in following cases the fee paid can only be adjusted if:
    • A student fails to appear in the annual exam due to a severe medical condition (documentary proof to be submitted to college) and if the college agrees the condition to be genuine and accepted, a student has the option to re-appear in the examination with the next available batch, without any additional fee. Failing of this chance, the second chance to give exams shall only be allowed by paying an additional late fee of GBP 200 or as communicated to student via email. These two options are only valid till one year from the designated exam date of a specified course in which student is enrolled. If the student fails to give the exams he / she will be declared failed for that course / year and he / she needs to rejoin the course as a fresh student and by paying the complete fee again.
    • If a student has cleared the first academic exams and by any unfortunate means he / she was not able to continue the course further, then he / she can re-join the course within one year from the last exam date after the due approval from the College. In such case the old fee and dues needs to be fully cleared and in addition, the student needs to pay late joining fee of GBP 500 plus the current year (updated) fee.
    • In any case a student shall only be allowed to use these special circumstances under the period of one year since the last exam date.
    • Requests received beyond one year shall not be entertained and the student shall be considered as a new registration.
